St.Mary's Jacobite Syrian church is situated at Pangada about 16km east of Kottayam, kerala, India. Pangada is a small village wedged between two beautiful small hills called "Kaattaamkunnu" and "Ayiumalakunnu".It is a small country side abundantly blessed with natural beauty and non poluted fresh air.It is about 2km off Kottayam - Kumily road at Pampady.It is inhabited  mostly by farmers with a few government and private workers.

How to get there.

by car:-driving 14 km along K.K.road from Kottayam you reach R.I.T.junction (also called Nedukuzhy).turn left and drive 1.8 km you  are at Pangada pally.

by bus:-there are about 6 private buses plying through Pangada from Kottayam.or there are so many buses to Pampady and from there catch a bus or hire an auto to Pangada.
